RGM started as Robyn Gardiner Management in 1982.
The philosophy of the company was to establish a prestigious boutique agency dedicated to representing only the finest actors in Australia for film, television and theatre.
After five years acting purely as a theatrical agency, RGM expanded and developed a highly successful literary department, creating the first agency in Australia with a serious commitment to actors, voice over artists, corporate presenters, writers and directors.
